The challenge
To build a visually compelling and complete data-centered restaurant page that provides crucial data of customers-users, segmented their frequency by each day of the week.
Questions raised:
How to leverage the appropriate data that de venue needs most?
How to speed up his usage experience process?
How to organize/present the data for easy understanding & interpretation?
How to create a synergy between users that use the platform with
the restaurant page?
Building a successful mobile application & integrated SaaS for restaurants.
As a daily feed list on the main screen, the platform provides to all the partnered restaurants the possibility to leverage & display their daily deals to users nearby.
The more stamps the user gets, the biggest is the restaurant discount for future visits, and these venue stamps can be traded between other users.
Ambitious Product Value Proposition
Project Goals
With the restaurant page & dashboard created, the restaurant priorities were set around the users-demand, data-generated
per each day of the week.
Goal 1: Organize all the relevant information on the main restaurant page. Product-Market Fit.
Goal 2: Display all the data gathered properly for easy reading & understanding.
Goal 3: To build a complete and easy events screen where the restaurant can personalize its daily deals.
Goal 4: To create and improve the relationship between restaurant
& active users through the app.

Key Insights from User Research
To provide a better "user experience" to restaurant owners and their employees and to have a SaaS that fits in the restaurant business model, qualitative research was performed periodically with 20 restaurants. The research structure was centered on the purpose of the following findings:
The product fit | User experience | Data Relevance & Distribution | Content Organization | Visual Quality | Struggles/Difficulties | Overall Feedback
